Patricia Amaducci was born and raised in New Jersey.  She graduated from The University of Tampa, cum laude, with a B.S. in Economics in 1993 before earning her J.D. from The University of Miami School of Law in 1996.  She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1997 and The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1999.

Patricia has litigated and mediated wrongful death and other significant exposure personal injury, first and third party insurance coverage, bad faith, premises liability, general liability, homeowner association and other matters in Florida’s state and federal courts for individual and corporate clients throughout the United States for seventeen years.  Over the last several years, Patricia served as choice counsel, representing entities throughout Florida’s community based care system in all phases of multi-party, multi-million dollar death and injury claims, specializing in unique, complex resolutions of the claims and related insurance and contractual issues. Patricia handled cases of first impression alleging wrongful adoption, culpable negligence and delayed reunification and served in the joint defense (as class action defense counsel) in litigation and oral argument defeating an opposing insurer’s Action for Declaratory Relief and extensive summary judgment and coverage issues reported in Mid-Continent Cas. Co. v. Basdeo 742 F. Supp.2d 1293 (S.D. Fla. 2010).    Integrity demonstrated throughout her extensive experience earned Patricia’s long standing reputation for tailoring effective trial and resolution strategies serving clients’ immediate and future interests.
