Brett Kaplan is a partner at Klein Glasser Park & Lowe, P.L., to which he is principally involved in the general-liability defense arena. Mr. Kaplan focuses his practice within general casualty in the following areas:

  • Tort claims;
  • Automobile liability;
  • Trucking liability
  • Premises liability
  • Negligent Security; and
  • General liability.

Prior to embarking on his legal career, Mr. Kaplan was a four year varsity letterman on the University of North Carolina’s baseball team, eventually being selected in the forty third round of the Major League Baseball draft. Mr. Kaplan went on to play two years in the Pittsburgh Pirates’ minor league organization.
